This property had an amazing location. it was situated on a low with mature trees, overlooking a pond. The interior was dated, and but the property was a good pick for a renovation. One of the nicest features about this house was the screened in porch and the view!! This house had the best view in the entire subdivision!
On the first floor we refinished the hardwoods, and then updated the kitchen. We installed new cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steal appliances. We also upgraded the lighting to add some designer touches.
The house had 4 large bedrooms and a 5th bedroom/bonus area. It cleaned up nicely and greatly improved with new paint and fixtures. The carpets were in bad shape when we started the project, but a contractor came in an in one day they were much much better!
The roof was replaced during the renovation, and we also had the a/c serviced.
The bathrooms came together very nicely. We replaced the plumbing fixtures, and also added new vanities. You can really see the difference in the before and after photos. The master bath had a GIANT shower. With multiple shower heads and custom tiling. Lot of extra detail!
We really improved the curb appeal with some updated landscaping and also fresh paint and deck stain. The list of upgrades and improvements goes on and on.
