This project had amazing results! This is how you renovate a house! We completely renovated this traditional Brick 1.5 story home near South Park. One of my favorite features is the Master Bath, and Custom built shelving in the Master Closet.
The Kitchen was a big part of this renovation. We completely gutted the kitchen, and opened it up. The island made it feel very small, and confining so we took it out. Made the opening to the informal living room larger, and put in new Cabinets, New Appliances, and an amazing breakfast nook.
The floors on the ground level were replaced with Prego, which is much more resilient than hardwoods. They also are coming with a life time warranty. You have to try to hurt these floors!
The Master suite is what takes the cake though. It is huge, and we created a new master bathroom that is to die for! Custom tiled shower, with bench and a lot of extra details, like built in shelving. The soaker tub is also a must see.
Vista landscaping helped with the clean up, and planting of some color. They worked around the mature trees, and a lot of great detail.
