This renovation had loads of options that are found in $500k plus homes.  It really impressed a lot of buyers, and the house got a lot of attention.  The project had great results!

We updated the kitchen with with top of the line stainless steal appliances, and a stainless steal hood vent.  The hidden walk-in pantry and cherry hardwood floors really gave this a luxury feel.

Custom kitchen cabs with storage galore!  There was even a half hidden pantry that was a nice touch.  All new light fixtures updated the home.  The freshly stained deck and screened porch added a lot of appeal to the exterior of the home.

The laundry, mud room, and bathrooms were all retiled.  The custom tiling of the walk in shower in the master bath was a crowd pleaser.  Bonus Room is Plumbed for a Wet-Bar!
