This cape code style home was a great project.  It’s mature landscaping was easy to work with, and will a little cleaning was work the curb appeal of this home was greatly improved.  The interior renovation really brought this house up to date.  The bathrooms and kitchen updates added a lot of value.  Take a look at the before and after pictures of the bathroom to see the extra detail that was incorporated into this project.  The new cabinets, granite, custom tiled backsplash and new appliances in the kitchen got a lot of feedback from prospective buyers.  The hardware and lighting also updated the feel of the home and added a lot of modern touches.
