Cape Cod style house with a lot of personality. This is a great example of what a little bit of detail work can do. The back splash as well as custom tiles in the bathroom added a lot of personality to this home. The kitchen was updated as well with new granite, custom cabinets, and new appliances. aza Midwood in Charlotte this 2 bedroom one bath house was a great find. On the project we wanted to keep all of the exquisite molding that showcased the age and quality of the construction. We installed new hardwood floors throughout, new HVAC, New Plumbing Lines, Newly Installed Laundry Closet, New Kitchen/Custom Built Cabinets, Granite, Stainless Steal Appliances, and also landscaping to improve curbside appeal.

In the heart of Charlotte we took this luxury corner unit and added the finishing touches it needed. It is located on the thirteenth floor in the Courtside Condominium building. Based on the floor plan and we installed new floors, renovated the bathrooms and added some industrial details to update the interior. The before and after pictures will show how a little bit of color and detail can add a lot to a property. The views on this unit alone are to die for.

2350 Winterbrooke.
This project really came together. Check out the difference new hardwood flooring and lighting makes! This renovation features a 5 bedroom 2 and a half bath. It was an amazing location waterfront to a pond. It also had an expansive deck and screened in porch. The house was dated and needed renovation, and design work. Some problems needed to be addressed such as the roof, and also servicing the a/c.
The master bath is also a must see. It is huge! We installed new bathroom fixtures, lights, mirrors, and designed and installed a custom tiled shower. Check out the before an after slideshow inside.
1208 Brockton.
This traditional brick 1.5 story home was a great example of renovation work. It was a completely renovated. We replaced the kitchen, and also all of the baths. The baths were re-tiled, and all the fixtures were replaced. The showers and bath have costume tiling, and are a must see. The kitchen was completely redesigned as well. The island was taken out, and new cabinets were designed to open up the space. A breakfast nook was also designed and really brings the kitchen some character. Check out the before and after pics!

This 2 bedroom 1 bath was completely renovated. One of my favorite features was the walk around fireplace! Custom Kitchen with modern chic cabinets, and an amazing color scheme. This house was AWESOME! We added extensive landscaping, and completely gutted the interior. Check out the new designer kitchen, walk-around fireplace, and custom tiling in the bathroom. We fully updated this home. It was in need of some work! We started with the kitchen, with granite counter tops, painting the cabinets, adding new appliances and also the fixtures. You can see the difference from the before and after slide show. We also added some designer light fixtures, that added a lot of personality to the eating area.

Completely Renovated Brick Ranch on almost 3/4 acre. This home was updated with a lot of modern touches. One of my favorite details is the light fixtures. They really make the kitchen and eating area stand out.
The bathroom was also a major update. With the new vanity, fixture, and also a custom tiled tub, you can see the improvement.

This renovation had loads of options that are found in $500k plus homes. It really impressed a lot of buyers, and the house got a lot of attention. The project had great results!
