Renovation Project in the Desirable Birkdale Area neighborhood!
In the gorgeous house we updated the cabinets, installed a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, and updated the kitchen with granite counter tops. The color made the kitchen look much better. Never underestimate the power of a professionally done paint job. It really can update a house!
Next we went to work on the bathrooms. New vanities were installed, along with new lights, faucets, mirrors, and flooring. Once the bathrooms were finished the house had a lot more appeal to potential buyers.
